Your Right to Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product was purchased within the last 14 days
The product is in its original, sealed packaging
The product has not been used or damaged
Please note: due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been unsealed or opened. Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the item. We will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be credited via your original payment method within 10 working days.

As a hair mask: Mix Fuller's Earth Powder with water, aloe vera juice or your preferred liquid to form a smooth paste. Apply generously to the scalp and hair, leave for 15–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow with your usual conditioner or a few drops of Khulisayo Hair Oil to restore moisture.
As a face mask: Mix with water or rose water to form a paste and apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 10–15 minutes until semi-dry, then rinse off gently with warm water. Follow with your favourite Ahuva moisturiser.
We recommend using once or twice a week. Always perform a patch test before first use.
