Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging

We cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used for hygiene reasons—unless the product is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us immediately at hello@ahuvaofficial.co.uk with a photo of the item and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue quickly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Any refund due will be processed via your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Wet the Sarpo thoroughly under warm water before use. Apply your preferred soap or body wash and work into a lather. Using gentle circular motions, scrub the body from neck to toe, adjusting pressure to your comfort level. Rinse thoroughly after use and hang to dry in a well ventilated area. For hygiene, we recommend replacing your Sarpo every 4 to 6 weeks.
