Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased within the last 14 days
• The product is in its original, sealed packaging
• The product has not been used or damaged

Please note: due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been unsealed or opened. Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the item. We will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be credited via your original payment method within 10 working days.

Almond  oil can be used on its own or added to a recipe. To use on its own, simply apply a few drops to your face, body or scalp and massage in until your skin feels truly loved. This oil is most effective if applied before bedtime on cleansed skin, to increase its penetration and efficacy.

Please ensure that you have no allergies before application.
